Programmatic audio advertising platform Audiohook has appointed David ‘DK’ Krulewich, digital media veteran and former Katz Digital executive vice president of programmatic, podcasting, data and product as its new chief revenue officer, the company announced.
In this role, Krulewich’s responsibilities will include driving the company’s commercial partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives, as well as expanding its market presence. As part of Audiohook’s innovation strategy, the advertising platform recently partnered with podcast measurement firm Barometer to enforce brand suitability and enhance contextual targeting for advertisers.

Krulewich brings over 15 years of experience in the digital media industry to the role, having worked at Katz Digital - a division of iHeartMedia - for nearly six years after it acquired Audiology, the digital audio company that he co-founded in 2017. Krulewich continued to act as senior vice president of Audiology until he was appointed to his executive role in June 2022. Prior to that, Krulewich worked in a number of senior roles across the industry including senior sales manager of programmatic media and data for marketing platform Connexity and account director for Yahoo.
