Libsyn signs exclusive multi-year partnership with ABC Audio

Company will represent broadcaster for sales of host-read and programmatic advertising

Libsyn has signed an exclusive multi-year partnership with ABC Audio to represent its content sales, the podcast company has announced. 

With this partnership, advertisers will be able to purchase both host-read and programmatic ad campaigns on ABC Audio’s podcast portfolio through Libsyn’s advertising marketplace AdvertiseCast. The marketplace reaches over 2,000 podcast advertisers including brands like BetterHelp, Bloomberg, Hask, and more.

ABC Audio’s podcast portfolio includes both award-winning original content such as daily current affairs podcast Start Here under ABC News and true-crime podcast Reclaimed: The Story of Mamie-Till Mobley, as well as partner content with brands from The Walt Disney Company, which includes podcasts such as the newly announced Frozen podcast, Frozen: Forces of Nature.

Libsyn has partnered with a number of podcast platforms and networks recently as part of its continued company expansion, which include podcast company Multitude, digital media agency Upfire Digital, and production company Big IP Media. 

The company has also expanded its advertising offerings with the addition of features like Predictive Contextual Targeting which allows advertisers to target specific audience demographics based on their content preferences using audience data, advanced speech-to text transcription, and intelligent categorisation.
