Georgia Arundell, producer at Listen, started her career in radio at FUBAR in 2019. Here she cut her teeth producing shows with high-profile talent and across multiple genres – from Access All Areas with Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng to shows with Femi Oluwole and Calum McSwiggan. Arundell launched and delivered more than 50 episodes for The Dating Show with Pete Wicks and Cici Coleman whilst at FUBAR, and helped to secure Happn as a sponsor.
She also managed a team of assistant producers and volunteers, helping them level up their careers in production and social media, all while running and booking her shows. She was also responsible for garnering press and secured coverage in publications including Mail Online, Fox News, The Mirror and E! Online, whilst boosting the company’s global press reach to over 20 million people a month.
In 2022 Arundell joined Listen and has worked on a high-profile slate of entertainment-driven shows for the likes of the BBC, Wondery and ITV. These include Friends Will Be Friends, a BBC Sounds and Radio 2 podcast hosted by Cat Deeley and Edith Bowman; Built To Thrive with Dr Rangan Chatterjee; andLove Island: The Morning After podcast with Sam Thompson and Indiyah Polack. The latter show requires its producers to watch the show live at 9pm, record with hosts and turn it around for the following morning, often finishing at 3am. For Built to Thrive, Arundell has grown the audience and secured billboard coverage, becoming one of the platform’s top-performing UK podcasts.
