Award-winning comedy food podcast Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster has announced its first ever live tour, with dates across the UK and Ireland from October to November 2023.
The live dates will feature the hosts in conversation with a different guest every night, building their dream menu of starters, sides, mains and desserts.
“I am mad with joy that we finally get to put the dream meals on wheels,” said Gamble.
“Like Shrek and Donkey, Ed and I are off on a noble quest and we won't stop until we find our happily ever after,” added Acaster.
The eight-date tour is starting this autumn from 8 October in Birmingham and ending 28 November in Dublin. Other cities in which Off Menu will perform include London, Bristol, Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, and Brighton. Tickets are already available via pre-sale to subscribers of the Off Menu mailing list, and will be going on general sale Friday 14 April at 10am.
Since launching in December 2018, Plosive Productions’ Off Menu has amassed a massive following with over 120 million downloads, and has also consistently been at the top of the UK comedy charts across both Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Gamble and Acaster have had a number of celebrity guests join the show including Florence Pugh, Lilly Allen, Paul Mescal, Stanley Tucci, and many more.
Off Menu is also part of the Acast Creator Network and has participated in the independent podcast company’s annual Comic Relief podcast mashup to raise money for Red Nose Day by collaborating with the Films To Be Buried With podcast for a crossover bonus episode.
